Living in a Bowl of Mush

I have been trying to figure out why life has felt like a big bowl of mush as of late, and I think I have it figured out. It's because not only do I not have any projects going, I don't even have any specific goals that I am working towards.

I recognize that feeling this way is my choice and I was reminded of that today with this posting by The Arbinger Institute on Facebook today;

If others are responsible for my misery, I am stuck. If I am responsible, I am free.
