Reason to make a move

So I found out last week that my base salary was going to be cut, and the commission structure is going to remain skewed. This could be a good thing since it might provide me with the motivation to make a change. I believe it was Dave Ramsey who I heard say, "Change happens when the pain of the same becomes greater than the fear of the unknown."
